We had a large project to convert our front and back yard into a space that not only had a beautiful aesthetic appeal but could also be much more useful in terms of a play area for our kids, an area for adults to relax, and outdoor parking. The results were excellent and completed on time including variance designs and permit filings accomplished with the coordination of electric and lighting, carpentry, masonry, paving, the city, plumbing, and of course traditional landscaping and design. It was also completed in a communicative no pressure manner incorporating many changes that occurred along the way. We would highly recommend Site Systems.

For years we thought we our 6 acre Greenwich property was as good as it could get, given the field of available landscapers and gardeners in Greenwich. How wrong we were. In the first two months that Joanne and her talented crew have been with us, our property has been completely transformed and we have fallen in love with it all over again - we had no idea it could be this easy to whip us into shape. Her sense of style, intuitive understanding of our goals, and bottomless botanical knowledge have taken our property from "nice and pretty" to completely stunning.

Beyond the beauty, the professionalism is something I haven't experienced with other vendors here in Greenwich or our homes elsewhere. Not only do they actually show up when they say they are going to, they are so unobtrusive going about their work that we hardly know they are here. And they are finished in record time, each time, but not at the expense of thoroughness. Our other gardeners seemed to be here all the time, noisily interrupting the solace of the property with mediocre results. We are enjoying our garden each and every day! The variety of plants you chose ensures that we have flowers blooming most seasons. The placement of the different varieties is a work of art. Today the blue hydrangeas and black eyed susans have profuse blooms and are very colorful.

The inclusion of the masonry work in the overall design plan helped to coordinate the landscape and stone work and they work perfectly to complement each other. Both the mason and landscape crews were very professional and they went the extra mile to accommodate schedules and extra requests. In addition they were always cheerful and pleasant despite record hot temperatures. We were constantly impressed with the craftsmanship of the teams and the quality of the work.

Your work with the Condo community ensured that our renovation fit the overall landscape design and is in compliance with the standards and regulations set forth in the condo documents. As you know, working through the many requirements of the various condo committees is not always easy. We feel that the professional plans and detailed drawings you provided and your timely responses to their requests helped to expedite the projects.

Dale was here frequently to supervise the mason crew and ensure all went smoothly. He put in extraordinary effort to get just the right solution for the siding on the back stairs and the risers. It all blends in beautifully. Thanks for your help in coordinating the sprinkler system and recommending the railing company. The railing completes the back stair entrance and looks beautiful.

I am sitting out in the morning light. The terrace is bathed in sunlight glinting off the mica, the birds are in ecstasy, the maple flings its long shadow on the grass in abandon.

I would add that in addition to having gained a magical garden that reflects us and desires we hardly knew we had, I feel that I have gained a friend in you and in Dale. I also wanted to let you know that your lawn care crew spent a lot of extra time yesterday re - laying the sod on the lower level because Terry's guys really didn't roll it back into position properly: it was all overlapped and bumpy. I noticed it immediately when I arrived home early yesterday afternoon and thanked my lucky stars when I realized your guys would be arriving sometime during the afternoon. When they arrived, they immediately recognized the problem and set to work fixing it. I know they work very hard and I wanted you to know how much I appreciate their dedication.
